I put 354 miles on today, taking 9pm hours to do it. Thank goodness I bought the riding pants. I rode through about 2 hours of rain (total) today. I'm pretty much dry, but my coat and over-pants need to dry.
I also chickened out on tenting it tonight. It's supposed to rain off and on all night. Got a purely functional room for $48 with AAA discount. I'll put the cover on the bike for the night and get a good sleep. I don't know if the cover is too uncool, but I feel better having it.
I have a 24 oz beer and a sub sandwich. I might check the bar down the block, but I'm kind of wiped.
