Cathy and I area having a great time. Hikes with Lily, naps, sitting around the campfire in the evening. Hard to beat having a few days in the camper.
We enticed the boys to come out with us too. They came out Friday afternoon. We hiked to the falls again and came back to cook rib eye steaks on the BBQ. I also made a dutch oven pie.
This morning, around 11am, we got to get some breakfast at the Willow River Saloon up the road. $2 for 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast. Low price, but a drink was required too. $3 for coffee, $4 for a Bloody Mary (my choice). Around $5 per plate in reality, but not a bad deal.
The boys followed us to Hudson for some more walking around, then we cut them loose. Cathy and I visited a bike shop to talk over options on a new bike for her, then drove out to Somerset, WI. Not much to see there.
