Over the years we have made vast improvements in our backyard. A beautiful deck that hosts our friends and annual party. A nice paver patio area with fire pit really helps summer evenings.

We have an apron of dirt in front of our retaining wall. There is also cement left over from the old patio, marking sheet the old retaining wall ended. This is being cleared out, along with a large area under the deck that is still dirt and grass.
It is time. Well, I have the time.
We thought about adding concrete to the area to continue the existing concrete pad we have. However, getting the concrete back there, for as much as need, is proving very tough.
Our current plan is to put down pavers, similar to our fire pit area. I'll post updates as we go.
